Launch Chappell Roan’s eBay partnership with a splash (and a mermaid-themed exclusive curated collection drop).

Translate the world of Chappell Roan into a cohesive visual system that feels fandom-fueled, playful, and genuine.

A three-phase GTM plan to build hype, drive traffic, and officially launch the Chappell x eBay partnership, cumulating in the reveal of the Preloved Pony Club activation in LA.





The Experience

For two nights only at Chappell Roan’s Rose Bowl shows in Pasadena, CA, eBay created an unforgettable fan experience with merch, hand-selected eBay items for purchase, and photo ops.
